Sewing & craft activities, English conversation, job search/resume assistance, emotional support & promoting active participation in the community through the essential skills that will enable them to sharpen their social ties & secure employment in the future.
Supporting these women will benefit the whole of society; the benefits will diffuse to the larger community & accrue over the longer term,
Offering access to services & training at a level that refugees/immigrant women are comfortable with will increase their chances at success.
