- We provide advocacy for those who need assistance of finding help for their mental health and provide support for those bereaved by suicide. Our main objective is to raise funds to establish Safehaven Centre/s for those when suicide threatens. We advise people to seek professional medical assistance.

- Phone/email support. Newsletter, information kits, library, hospital visits. Individual peer support for those struggling with mental illness & suicide, particularly difficult dealing with the health system. Services are free.

- We are not a Therapeutic, Treatment or Counselling Group. We also provide support to families, friends & work colleagues who have been touched by suicide.
