- We provide advocacy for those who need assistance of finding help for their mental health & provide support for those bereaved by suicide. Our main objective is to raise funds to establish Safehaven Centre/s for those when suicide threatens. We advise people to seek professional medical assistance.

- Phone/email support. Newsletter, information kits, library, hospital visits. Individual peer support for those struggling with mental illness & suicide, particularly difficult dealing with the health system. Services are free.

- We are not a Therapeutic, Treatment or Counselling Group. We also provide support to families, friends & work colleagues who have been touched by suicide.
