- At the meetings you will find people of all ages whose children have died from all ages & causes – people who will listen & understand what you are feeling. Like you, they are going through the grieving process. Go to website listed above for current groups, times & contacts.

- You do not have to speak at meetings, although you will have the opportunity. We encourage you to reach out in your own time & in your own way. It may not be easy, as feelings may be overwhelming.

- It can be a great comfort to be in the company of others who have been through a similar experience. Importantly, what is said in the meeting is treated in confidence, the privacy of our members & the things they share is not discussed outside.
