- The STEPS Skills Program is generally offered as six weekly sessions, with each session lasting for 2 hours. One of the most important features of this Program is sharing experiences & thoughts amongst other people in the group.

- It is recommended that people first attend a free, 6-week STEPS Skills Program before joining a STEPS network group.
