Lotus Place is a safe dedicated support service & resource centre for Forgotten Australians and Former Child Migrants. A space where reliable connections to others are made & shared experiences of childhood (and the consequences) are respected. A gateway to government & community services.
Who can Join
Forgotten Australians & Former British Child Migrants. The people who identify as Forgotten Australians are generally now aged from around 40 up.

Find and Connect support services have been established by the Australian Government to help people who experienced childhood abuse in an institutional setting (including out-of-home care) trace & reclaim their identities, restore relationships with their families where possible, come to terms with their past & help build a positive future.
