- Lotus Place is a safe dedicated support service & resource centre for Forgotten Australians and Former Child Migrants. A space where reliable connections to others are made & shared experiences of childhood (and the consequences) are respected. A gateway to government & community services.

- Forgotten Australians & Former British Child Migrants. The people who identify as Forgotten Australians are generally now aged from around 40 up.

- Find and Connect support services have been established by the Australian Government to help people who experienced childhood abuse in an institutional setting (including out-of-home care) trace & reclaim their identities, restore relationships with their families where possible, come to terms with their past & help build a positive future.
