- Provides information, encouragement, support & counselling to men who have experienced childhood sexual abuse or adulthood sexual assault. Feedback from men who have participated is that it has been very helpful & they would highly recommend it.

- Men over 18yo, who have experienced childhood sexual abuse or sexual assault & who have previously seen (or are currently seeing) a counsellor at Living Well.

- Free on-line counselling via email, live text-based chat, or voice & video through Skype. Phone or face-to-face counselling. Monthly drop-in support group - there is no commitment or expectation involved. Each group can be rather different to the next, but it always seems to be of enormous benefit to the men (of all ages) who attend.
