Laughter Yoga releases endorphins which are natural pain killers, that can help those suffering from arthritis, spondylitis, chronic migraine headaches, chronic pains, fibromyalgia, autoimmune & chronic inflammatory diseases.
Laughter Yoga is not a comedy. It is an exercise program for Health & Wellbeing.
