Group Description: Heart Support Australia is the only national heart support organisation in Australia. We are a not-for-profit organisation committed to the establishment of self-help management programs and adoption of nationwide information and rehabilitation initiatives for people with a heart condition and their carers. We believe that with the right support, information and encouragement, Motivation to comply will naturally lead patients into a Maintenance program/lifestyle. The result of this will hopefully subscribe to a reduction in re-admission rates and degeneration of health. We also provide SUPPORT, INFORMATION and ENCOURAGEMENT to assist people with a heart condition to adopt and maintain a positive lifestyle.

Who can Join: Patient, a partner/carer, or the parent of a child with a heart condition. We also welcome anyone who is interested.
