- Telephone Support Groups offer encouragement, information and support to adults affected by cancer, including patients, their families and carers. People tell us they join because the groups can: Connect people in a similar situation Provide opportunities to give and receive support. Enable people to share experiences and information. Create a space to talk freely. Allow people to share practical tips, tools and strategies.

- Each group has between 3 and 7 members and is run by 2 qualified facilitators. Groups meet over the phone twice a month and each session lasts an hour. Groups are free and confidential. All you need to join is a phone, an hour and a quiet space.

- Advanced cancer (cancer which has spread from its original site), advanced breast cancer, brain tumours (malignant and benign), lung cancer, multiple myeloma, pancreatic cancer, carers (for loved ones with cancer), bereavement (cancer related).
