What Is the Group Insurance Scheme?
The Group Insurance Scheme enables similar not-for-profits to purchase insurance together, reducing costs and improving access to relevant coverage. It is coordinated by Support Groups Queensland and brokered by Coverforce Insurance Broking Pty Ltd.

Eligibility Criteria
- Not-for-profit organisation
- Separately incorporated entity (contact us if not incorporated).
- Sign up to become an SGQ member. (Current members exempted)
Key Information
- Common renewal date: 31 May annually (join anytime)
- Broker: Coverforce Insurance Broking Pty Ltd
- SGQ coordinates the scheme. We do not provide insurance advice. Contact Coverforce to discuss or to obtain a quote.
- Certificates of Currency are issued in the name of your organisation.
Membership & Fees
- SGQ membership: $30 per annum
- Coordination fee: 2.5% reinvested into advocacy, training and grants for our collective and the not-for-profit sector.
