The STEPS Skills Program is generally offered as six weekly sessions, with each session lasting for 2 hours. StrokeLine’s health professionals provide information and advice on stroke prevention, treatment and recovery. Strokeline is a free, confidential service.
It is recommended that people first attend a free, 6-week STEPS Skills Program before joining a STEPS network group.
