- Group Description
- MyTime organises support groups where parents and carers of children with disability or other additional needs can feel understood, share ideas and access quality information and resources. Being a parent is an important job. It's easy to get caught up in looking after your child's needs, but looking after yourself is important too.

- MyTime is for all parents and carers of children under the age of 18 who need a higher level of care than other children.

- Meet other parents & carers of children with disabilities or other additional needs. Preschool-age children are welcome at MyTime sessions. While you unwind, your child is kept engaged nearby by MyTime play leaders.

- Groups are free to join & being a part of MyTime does not affect your NDIS funding. A trained facilitator helps group members get to know each other & learn more about local resources & support services.
