Arafmi Carer Support Groups provide a safe place for anyone who is caring for a friend or relative with a mental illness and/or psychiatric disability. Everyone has an opportunity to: Share their feelings Offer support to others Share helpful coping skills or simply listen and observe Confidentially is essential and all participants are encouraged to keep personal information shared within the group.
Who can Join
Anyone who is caring for a friend or relative with a mental illness and/or psychiatric disability in Brisbane or regional Queensland. You do not need to be a member of Arafmi or book in to attend a group
